Breakfast with Oatmeal
“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” – John Gunther 
I really wanted to start a good breakfast routine. Most of time my break fast is coffee and go. I downloaded an application on google play, and then I started to try some recipes.  After trying some of the them, I have decided to stop with the oatmeal breakfast, specially from this app.

Yogurt Parfait 

Preparation: 5 mins
Servings: 2
Calories: 515 kcal
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola or Muesli 
Instructions:
  1.  Layer 1 cup yogurt,  ½ cup granola, and  in a large glass, repeat layers. 

My Conclusion: It was delicious, one of my favorite. 10/10


Berry Overnight Oats
 
Servings: 1
Calories:  378 kcal
 
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup oats uncooked. 
  • ½  cup non fat milk
  • ½ cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries and fruits
Instructions: 
  1. Add oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
  2. Layer greek yogurt, chia seeds and mixed fruits and berries
  3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning. 

My Conclusion: Lord have mercy, that was discusting as hell. Never again. 0/10


Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal
Prepartion: 2 min
Cooking: 6 mins
Servings: 1
Calories: 334kcal
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ¾ cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Instructions:
  1. Gather all ingredients
  2. Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Add oats and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and maple syrup. Let sit until desired thickness is reached, 2 to 3 minutes. 

My Conclusion: The picture looks good but it was discusting. Not to try again. 0/10
