Aloe Detox Water Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Water 1 cup
  • Aloe Gel 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients nicely and process them in a blender for 1 minute.
  2. Pour the resultant detox water into a container and store in the fridge
  3. Drink a glass of this detox water twice a day to notice desirable results within a week.

Anti Bloating Detox Water

  • 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 slices of fresh cucumber
  • ½ small lemon sliced
  • ¼ orange sliced
  • a few fresh mint leaves
  • 24 oz of ice cold water

Instructions:

  1. Keep in mind that the more you refill your jug, glass or bottle with the same fruits, the more diluted and less nutrients-dense the fruit becomes
  2. So I would recommend that after 2 or 3 refills, dum it and replace with fresh cuts to make sure you get all the vitamins an minerals you need
  3. I also wouldn’t leave the fruits in there for more than 24 hrs before changing it.

Apple and Cinnamon Detox

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Cut the apples into chunks
  2. Place the cut up apples, cinnamon sticks and water in a pitcher. Let this chill overnight
  3. Add ice and serve

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox

  • 1 serving
  • 5 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 16 oz sparkling mineral water
  • 1 lemon ( Juiced)
  • Stevia ( to Taste)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together over ice
  2. Add just a drop or two of stevia if desired – just enough to sligtly sweeten the drink

Apple Cinnamon Honey Infused Water

  • 4 Servings
  • 10 min

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, core removed, cut in thin slices
  • 2 tsp organic raw honey
  • 4 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 4 cups pure/ tap water
  • Ice Cubes, to serve

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, add all ingredients cover with a plastic foil and let infuse overnight
  2. Add ice cubes and serve

Apple Cinnamon Ginger Water

  • 4 Servings
  • 10 min

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups of water
  • 2 medium organic apples, cut into thin slices
  • 4 to 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 thin slices of peeled fresh ginger root

Instructions:

  1. Fill pitcher with 8 cups of water. Slice apples, putting the slices in the water right away ( this helps prevent the slices from browning too soon)
  2. Add cinnamon sticks and ginger root, and stir all ingredients together in the pitcher. Refrigerate overnight before servings
  3. When ready to serve, add ice cubes to pitcher and stir right before serving or add ice to individual serving glasses and pour your flavored water over the ice.
