They offer workshops twice a week at Art-by-Eve.
In comfortable small groups you create your own driftwood sign with your choice of different Selma or flamingo figures.
The figures are pre-cut and you can paint them in your own style.
Next you will choose the text and voila after 2 hours of being creative you have created your own sign.
We have had many guests at previous workshops and in our gallery you can see happy customers with their creations.
You can also book a private workshop with a minimum of 4 participants. Feel free to ask for more information through WhatsApp.
You can attend one of our workshops for ANG 75 and includes materials, coffee or tea and a snack.

He produces a lot of videos where he takes us through his bombastic process.“My video posts are really an extension of my art; it’s how I communicate and show the public who I am,” explains Francis. He is very much aware that despite the fact that his work is visually loud, not everyone can see its message.“Filming myself is an opportunity to describe my train of thought and art in simpler, profound, and even comical ways.”

Jakke, west flemish for Jan, learned to observe and sketch from the natural world during the first years of his study biology. After his graduation he spent several years searching the structures in our biological existence at the Free University of Amsterdam.
“In the scenes, I am always searching for a sense of place and environment, painting the light, natural beauty, but also isolation, decay and pollution, basically the poverty which is apparent on the fringes of modern Curacao” Jakke explains.

There’s a man in Curacao who lives by the sea. His eyes are clear as the sea waters and, like the sea, he is stubborn. his name is Bert Knubben.(64) He is on the beach of the BREEZES Resort and a craftsman of the exclusive black “kings” coral jewelry which he stubbornly insist must be written black “koral”. A nice touch, since the initials are his own and in Curacao, he is synonymous with this semiprecious stone which he painstakingly works in his tiny shop, the KORALART gallery, together with his pretty wife Fennie, on the palm beach of the Breezes Resort.
